RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on mel-usine.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 5 days of the item's delivery date and must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN
All returns are processed through info@mel-usine.com.
To initiate a return, please email info@mel-usine.com and include your order number and the email address used to place your order. A member of our team will review your request and provide further instructions regarding the return process.
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. Once return authorization has been granted, items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving approval.
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges.
STANDARD RETURNS
- Return Window: Submit your return request to info@mel-usine.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Packaging: Please pack items securely in the original packaging or an equivalent box.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International Orders: Customers outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping costs and/or associated tariffs. Detailed instructions will be provided through the info@mel-usine representative.
Once your return shipment reaches our studio, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.
ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Securely packed to prevent damage in transit
Items that arrive back worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted. If your return does not meet the conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and your return request will be denied. Rejected items will be returned to you at your expense.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
You may cancel your order or update your delivery address within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at info@mel-usine.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will not accept address changes 5 days after an order has been placed.
